Q: What's the time commitment?

It's self-paced, so you set the pace. The modules run about seven hours of video that you can work through over a few sittings or a few weeks. On top of that there are two live 45-minute trainer calls — one to walk you through the teachings, and a second around day 30 to fortify them after you've applied the method.

Q: Do I need anything first?

No. The Foundation is the entry point of the Individual Ladder — there's no prerequisite and nothing to complete beforehand. It teaches the whole method from the ground up, so it's the right place to start whether you're new to selling into high-value relationships or just new to Vault.

Q: What certification do I get?

You earn Vault Certified — Foundation, an official Vault certification, on completing the ten modules and both live trainer calls. It marks real grounding in the full HARVEST framework and the WHALE Code™ — not just attendance.

Q: What comes after the Foundation?

The next rung is the Accelerator ($11,997) — the ~10-week embedded programme where you take the method live and embed it into your own real book. The Foundation is its prerequisite, and completing it credits $1,000 toward your Accelerator seat.
