These terms govern the use of vault-corporation.com, the Wrangler Read diagnostic, and the public-facing materials published by Vault Corporation Pte Ltd. Engagement-specific terms are issued separately in signed engagement letters.

1 · About these terms

By accessing this website and the Wrangler Read diagnostic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to public website use only. Once you become a client of Vault Corporation through any paid engagement, the engagement letter (and any incorporated terms) governs that relationship and prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

2 · The information on this site

The content of this site — including the Vault methodology summaries, the Wrangler Read diagnostic, the case study material, and the published views — is provided for general information about Vault Corporation's services. It is not, by itself, professional advice. Nothing on this site creates an advisor-client relationship until and unless a signed engagement letter is in place.

Numbers, market data, and outcomes cited reflect historical positions or canonical references at the time of publication. They are illustrative and not promises of future results.

3 · The Wrangler Read diagnostic

The Wrangler Read is provided free of charge for self-diagnostic purposes. The result, the cohort assignment, and any commentary returned are exploratory and indicative — they are not a substitute for the full Revenue Leak Audit or any paid engagement. Vault accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of a Wrangler Read result.

4 · Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, methodology names, frameworks, and proprietary terminology — including but not limited to Vault, The Wrangler Read, The WHALE Code™, HARVEST, The Vault Atelier, The Sanctum, The Forge, Whale Wrangler Trainer, Master Whale Wrangler Trainer, The Patron Protocol, and any associated graphic marks — are the property of Vault Corporation Pte Ltd, or used under licence.

You may not reproduce, repackage, train derivative models on, or commercially exploit any Vault material without our prior written consent. Quotation of short extracts for editorial, journalistic, or academic purposes is permitted with attribution.

5 · Engagement terms

Pricing displayed on the site is in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated, and is exclusive of GST where applicable. The pricing ladder is held; discounts are not offered. Specific terms — scope, deliverables, payment schedule, confidentiality, IP, indemnity, jurisdiction — are set out in the engagement letter for each paid programme. A 60% re-audit clause applies at the 12-month mark for corporate engagements, with payment 50/50.

6 · Confidentiality

UHNW client confidentiality is treated as a foundational duty. Vault does not name, profile, or identify clients in marketing material without explicit, documented permission. The published case scenarios on this site are anonymised reconstructions; the underlying engagements remain confidential.

7 · Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Corporation disclaims all implied warranties relating to the site, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code; we take reasonable steps consistent with industry practice.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault Corporation's aggregate liability arising from your use of this public-facing site (excluding paid engagements, which are governed by separate engagement letters) is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or use of the site.

10 · Changes to these terms

We update these terms when our practices change or when the law requires. Material changes are flagged at the top of this page with a new effective date.
