A division of Vault Corporation
Vault Global Procurement supplies government agencies and international institutions. We find the right manufacturer anywhere in the world, price the contract honestly, and deliver goods that have been checked by an independent inspector before they ever leave the factory.
What we supply
We studied five years of public contract awards before we chose what to sell. These are the categories where demand is real, recurring, and where a disciplined supplier can genuinely serve the buyer better than the incumbent.
01
Laboratory and analytical instruments, detection and monitoring equipment, calibration and maintenance contracts, consumables.
02
Training simulators, virtual-reality assessment systems, and the technical support that keeps them running once installed.
03
Personal protective equipment, safety gear and consumables — supplied to certified standards, with certificates of conformity on delivery.
04
Hardware, tools, electrical, furniture, appliances and the everyday goods that institutions buy in volume and on contract.
How we work
Most suppliers ask you to trust them. We would rather show you the architecture. Vault runs its procurement on a system we built ourselves, and that system enforces the following — not as policy, but as a lock. There is no override.
01
Our bid system reads our licences and certifications from a register. If a document is not on file and valid, the system refuses to write the claim — and blocks the submission. What you read in our bid is what we actually hold.
02
Every price we offer is set against five years of published contract awards. We can show you the comparables we used. We do not guess, and we do not pad.
03
Every consignment is inspected by an independent third party before it leaves the factory. Our system will not advance an order to shipment until that report is filed. The report is yours on request.
04
Sourcing, pricing, compliance checks, dispatch, acceptance — each is recorded with its reason and its evidence. If you ask us why, you get the record, not a recollection.
05
Each manufacturer we buy from is checked against international sanctions and denied-party lists before any order is placed, and re-checked on a schedule.
Where we supply
We are honest about where we are active today and where we are still opening the door. A supplier who overstates its reach will overstate everything else.
Ministries, statutory boards, and the science, health, education, transport, environment and home-team agencies that buy through the national procurement portal.
The UN system procures the categories we supply — laboratory equipment, safety goods, test kits — from suppliers worldwide.
Hong Kong's government supplier lists, and the public markets open to Singapore suppliers under the WTO Government Procurement Agreement.
For manufacturers
Most distributors approach a manufacturer with a promise and a price list. We approach you with the evidence: how many public contracts were awarded in your product category across the markets we serve, what they were worth, who is winning them today, and which of them are due to be tendered again.
Then we tell you honestly whether we think we can win them for you — and what it would take. If we cannot, we will say so.
Standing & registrations
Suppliers routinely list credentials they have merely applied for. We think that tells a buyer everything they need to know about the rest of the bid. So here is the honest position, updated as each one lands.
Singapore-incorporated, 2020. Our bid system is bound to this register: it will not state any credential below unless it is marked held and verified.
Agencies: send us the requirement and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it. Manufacturers: tell us your category and we will send you the demand summary — no obligation.
